THE ROLE: Customer Success (full-time permanent role)

THE LOCATION: Calgary, Alberta

  • Client account management including:
    • Training and providing demos on how to use the system
    • Ensuring set up and on-sales run smoothly
    • Responding to client requests and questions in a timely manner
    • Building lasting positive relationships with clients and their representatives
  • Update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) with all required information, ensuring that the platform works seamlessly across all departments
  • Assist with customer hotline and intercom inquiries (must be attentive and available by phone at all times)
  • Monitor and maximize client lifetime value strategies
  • Suggest and implement creative ideas for client, prospects and customer engagement
  • Create and update necessary Customer Success documentation (Includes writing and content generation)
  • Provide onsite event support as required (sometimes on evenings or weekends)
  • Drop off and deliver tickets or hardware for events as required
  • Attend cool events and meet cool people on behalf of Showpass!


  • Post-secondary education is an asset
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer/client support and service role
  • CRM experience (preferably in Salesforce) is extremely valuable
  • Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies is an asset
  • Ability to speak both English and French (bilingual) is an asset
  • Experience in a startup environment is an asset
  • Experience with and comfort in dealing with clients
  • Must be available on evenings and weekends (primarily for remote work or on-site support)
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle competing requests
  • Ability to maintain a calm and friendly attitude when dealing with clients and/or customers, especially in difficult situations
  • Ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • Strong organizational and process oriented skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car at all times
